Introduction of Medical Department

The accurate diagnosis of the disease cannot be overemphasized for patients visiting the hospital.

This is because prompt and efficient treatment is possible only when an accurate diagnosis is able.

Therefore, our hospital's Department of Radiology is equipped with and operating with many types of high-end diagnostic equipment.

We are equipped with MRI (MAGNETOM Skyra 3.0T), CT (TOSHIBA Aquillion Prime Mod TSX 303A), ultrasonic instrument (EPIQ 5G Philips), PET CT, ANGIO, mammography (MR 200 49 HOLOGIC USA), bone density, ESWL (ultrasonic lithotripsy), and fixed imaging equipment in the imaging room including X-ray equipment for interventional procedures, fluoroscopy equipment for operating rooms, and portable X-ray equipment.

When reconsidering the hospital's competitiveness, people often say, "In the end, it's a battle of the equipment owned by the hospital." This is because they are essential equipment for examining and treating patients.

In our hospital's Department of Radiology, images taken for each modality are read, special images are taken together, and several department heads perform ultrasounds every day.

In addition, in some accurately diagnosed diseases with the help of images, blocked blood vessels are reopened, pus is drained and blocked bile ducts are pierced by installing stents. If cancer is suspected in a test, a biopsy is performed, and during cancer treatment, blood vessels that feed cancer are blocked to necroze cancer cells, and anticancer drugs are administered .... Direct intervention in treatment through this series of interventional procedures (invervention, no incision from several cm to tens of cm can be shrotened the treatment period and allow safe treatment) is also an important task in the Department of Radiology at our hospital.
