Introduction of Medical Department

Orthopedics surgery is a field of medicine that studies, preserves, recovers, and develops the shape and function of the limbs, spine, and appendages in medical, surgical, and physical methods.

Based on various fractures, it is subdivided and specialized into shoulder and elbow joints, knee joints, biomechanics, sports medicine, hip joint, bone tumor, bone metabolism, rheumatism, microsurgery, pediatric orthopedic, hand surgery, foot surgery, ankle surgery, spine surgery, etc. Each of these specialties requires a high degree of expertise in which a wide range of internal and surgical prevention, diagnosis, and treatment are performed.

근/골격계 질환이나 손상은 통증, 변형과 기능장애 등의 형태로 나타나며, 생명을 위협하는 경우는 적으나, 방치되면 영구적인 장애로 남게 되어 삶의 질의 저하, 인적, 그리고 경제적 낭비를 초래하게 됩니다. 따라서 정형외과적인 질환의 정확한 진단과 치료는 매우 중요합니다.
