Information on hospitalization life

Visiting Hours

  • Weekdays 18:00 - 20:00
  • Weekends and Holidays 10:00 - 12:00, 18:00~20:00
  • * After the visit, no one can stay in the hospital room except the patient.
  • * Children under the age of 6 are vulnerable to infection, so please refrain from entering the hospital room.
  • * Due to COVID-19, visitation is completely limited to one designated guardian, so please cooperate.

Meal serving time

  1. Breakfast 07:10 - 07:30
  2. Lunch 12: 00 - 12: 30
  3. Dinner 17: 30 - 18: 00
  4. * If you wish to change your meal, please contact the nurse's office 2 hours before serving.

Doctor’s round time

  • 08:00 AM - 10:00 AM, and Other times at any time
  • * The round time may change depending on the medical situation.

Patient’s outing

  • Fundamentally, the patient cannot go out. However, there may be necessary for unavoidable reasons or treatment. In that case, the patient must go out after receiving approval (exit pass) from the nurse's office and hospital administration department.
  • When going out, do not wear a patient gown. Please make sure to wear personal clothes.

No food allowed

It is prohibited to bring food other than hospital meals necessary for medical treatment to inpatients. This is because patients with weak immune systems can eat unclean food from outside and cause infection accidents, which can also affect other patients.

Theft prevention

Valuables and money may be lost, so please keep them at home and be careful.

Laundry

  • The hospital provides bedding and clothes for patients.
  • You can put the used laundry in the laundry collection box in front of the nurse's office in each ward.

No smoking and no use of electric heat devices

  • By law, all areas of the hospital are non-smoking.
  • Bringing electric heat devices (gas burners, electric blankets, fans, etc.), electric devices, and smelly items into the hospital is strongly prohibited.

Accurate patient identification

  • For the safety of patients, we check the patient’s name and registration number (or date of birth on resident registration).
  • During hospitalization, patient identification is repeated during the medical treatment, such as examinations, medications, treatment, and medical procedures, performed.
  • The patient identification bracelet used for patient identification is also used when entering and exiting the ward.

Other hospital life information

  • Alcohol, cigarettes, loud noise, and gambling entertainment are prohibited inside the hospital.
  • When you are discharged from the hospital, please return hospital supplies to the nurse’s office, and we might request reimbursement for loss or damage to hospital supplies.
