Note
- Please bring your ID.
- If the test result is 'normal', you can receive it by visiting the examination center directly on the date informed.
- If there is an abnormality in the examination result, a re-examination or an additional outpatient examination is required, and the cost is to be borne by the patient.
- When receiving the results by proxy, please bring the power of attorney, consent form, and a copy of your ID.
- For Employment, health certificate in English, physical examination for foreigners, and physical examination for sailors, you must visit the hospital in an empty stomach for 8 hours before the examination.
